In Psalm 100:4 it says “ Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: Be thankful unto him and bless his name”.

Worship means so much to me because it takes me into the Presence of the Living God. No place I rather be than in the presence of the living God. The bible says, “In His presence there is fullness of joy and at His right hand there are pleasures forever more”. It is a place I can talk to Jesus and tell him how much we love him, so much how I adore him. It is no greater joy to feel the presence of God than in worship.

In worship I can ask for his protection as a leave in the mornings our when I go out and come in during the day. I feel safe and protected when I spend time in worship to the Lord. As I worship him, I can feel the Holy Spirit come and touching me. He fills me with his peace, love, and joy.

Several times as I worship, I can feel the Holy Spirit healing me from sickness, hurt, pain, disappointments and rejection. As the Lord ministers to my spirit in Worship I am not the same after. It touches my entire being and releases his peace and comfort and love.

There is a fresh power that Jesus releases during worship. That power is to for us to be His witness where ever we go as he said in Acts 1:8. “We shall receive power when the Holy Spirit shall com upon us and we shall be witness unto him Jerusalem, Samaria and to the enter world. God sends down his power for ministry in worship. There is nothing like worshiping the Lord. I worship morning, noon and night and every free time I have I sing praises to my Lord because He is so worthy of all our worship, honor and praise.
